Rarely...Um, I'm teaching them academic writing. Rarely does this type of writing necessitate emphatic statements such as the one I utilized. When it does, those that can actually write may incorporate such tactics into their writing; however, I can authoritatively state that NONE of my students are writing at that level.<br /><br />Wow, did I sound pompous above.
